高精度三坐标测量机是移动桥式的三坐标测量机，这种结构特点是开敞性好，视野开阔，上下零件方便，运动速度快，精度高。配备高精度的导轨、测头和控制系统，并结合计算机程序来自动控制检测流程，从而计算输出测量结果。
Mars系列高精度三坐标测量机支持触发、扫描和非接触式探测系统。能够对各种零件和部件的尺寸、形状及相互位置关系进行检测，也可以对软材质或复杂零件进行光学扫描测量。并且支持测头更换架以及影像相机，同时支持精密转台等。
1、三轴均采用低热膨胀系数的花岗岩导轨，机器具有良好的温度适应性，抗时效变形能力。
2、环抱式的气浮布局，使机器保持长时间的稳定运行，并且具有高的运行精度。
3、关键部件一体铸造成型，结构紧凑，重量轻，强度高，运行更为快速平稳、测量精度更高。
4、Z轴采用柔性平衡系统，在运动过程中具有低摩擦阻力，提高Z轴运动的精度。
5、采用高精度、高分辨光栅尺，确保机器在使用过程中具有高的精度和长时间的稳定性。
6、高刚性传动，保证了机器传动的刚性和平稳性，提高了机器的运动精度。
7、固定式的工作台，使机器具有承载能力强、装卸空间宽阔、便捷。
8、气压检测安全装置，保证Z轴不会因为断气而下坠，保证了测头测座的安全。
